Consistency and Weight-Loss
From experience with myself, clients and helping others, the one thing that I notice is the biggest problem in this weight loss journey is CONSISTENCY. The art of doing the right thing or even the wrong thing repeatedly on a cycle using one common variable.
*Definition of Consistency: conformity in the application of something, typically that which is necessary for the sake of logic, accuracy or fairness
-steadfast adherence to the same principles, course, form, etc......
I really believe that human behavior and will-power play an important role in figuring out exactly what causes people to fall off track when others around can keep going. I have experienced people having great success in their journey . Losing weight at a very good pace thru my company and you still have a fraction of people who still give up, even though they have been very consistent for days. It could be a number of things, but I am determined to find out and understand exactly what it is. With my goal in front of me I have set out to change the world, one person at a time and I will succeed. The weight loss nutritional model I have created is like no other, science backed and very interactive. We walk the complete journey with you whether you are a paying client or not. The Only thing standing in my way is people being Consistent.......And I will fight the problem!
