How much weight should will i lose and how fast?
Most of our clients lose 5-10 lbs in the first week but results do vary from person to person. Remember that while training each individual clients commitment to staying consistent greatly improves their results.
Can i change my snacks around on my meal plan?
No, you are not allowed to make any adjustments to your plan. Each Meal plan is counted and structured to create the environment needed to produce your results
I am busy in the mornings and I don't like breakfast, can i skip it?
No, you cannot and should not skip any meals. Breakfast is literally the most important meal of the day and should never be skipped. But we can make your breakfast convenient for you so that if you are limited on time, you are not hindered by cooking
What is Sip to Satisfy?
Sip to Satisfy is a "safety button" we use in training to prevent water weight gain from a defaulted water intake structure. It must only be used under our discretion.
I am Vegetarian, Can i still follow your training?
Yes you can, weight loss is all about the environment you create. No matter what dietary restriction or preference you have, we can and will customize your experience to produce the weight loss results you are looking for.
Which package should i pick?
The package you choose is totally up to you but it also depends on how many times you would like to renew. If you have more than 20 lbs to lose, we recommend that you start with the 4 Week Training Package
